DSP advocates are several times directly involved in the bipartite or tripartite negotiation process so that they have the competence and experience in handling various kinds of legal issues stemming from employment relations between employers and workers, which consist of rights disputes, disputes of interest, termination disputes, and disputes between labor union.
DSP as a partner has a strategic role to represent and / or assist entrepreneurs in formulating policies from the perspective of employers' legal interests without ignoring the legal obligations of Manpower and Manpower Regulations in force.
Legal services provided by DSP include:
1. Arrange or do a review of the Work Agreement.
2. Arrange or conduct a review of the Collective Labor Agreement or Company Regulations.
3. Representing the bipartite negotiation forum, mediation, conciliation and the lawsuit in the Industrial Relations Court.
4. Providing legal opinion regarding the status of problem employees.
